Spire
Pre-School, which has been in operation since 1970 is
situated in the New Belmont Centre (Formerly the Holy Cross
Church Centre) in the town of Uckfield.
The Pre-School offers Breakfast, Morning,
Lunch and Afternoon sessions Monday to Friday 50 weeks a year.
Spire employs staff that are 100%
qualified and all staff are first aid and Makaton trained.
Regular inset days are held to keep staff up to date
with all new childcare practices.
Spire is eligible for 3 and 4 year old
funding and is Ofsted approved. We are
able to offer a 1:5 staff/child ratio.
There is a strong partnership with parents that contributes
positively to the children’s progress.
We have a strong relationship
with the local primary schools and childcare professionals.
